QuantumLeap
Standardization of Post-Quantum Cryptography for the Financial Industry
Cryptographic methods currently in use to secure IT systems are hardly or only with difficulty attackable with currently available, conventional computer technology. This is no longer the case for quantum computers. Therefore, it is urgently necessary to begin the migration from classical cryptographic methods to new methods that are resistant to quantum computers. The QuantumLeap project is developing practical solutions that can also serve as a blueprint for other industries in the migration of classical cryptographic security methods to quantum-resistant approaches. The results will also be incorporated into standardization processes.
